Terms of payment for registration fees

  • All participants must be registered
  • All payments must be made in Euro (€)
  • Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page) or bank transfer
  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Congress Consultants B.V.
  • Please note 19% VAT will be added to all registration fees.


Cancellations

  • Before 1 February 2012: € 50 (excluding 19% VAT) will be withheld 
  • Between 1 February 2012 and 15 April 2012: 50% refund
  • After 15 April 2012: no refund


Name Change

  • After 1 February 2012: € 25 (excluding 19% VAT) will be withheld
