Unmoderated poster

  • The congress language is English, so make sure the poster is in English too
  • The poster format is portrait with a max height of 147cm and max width of 97cm
  • Make the poster visually interesting, but not over-elaborate.
  • The poster should follow an easy to understand format i.e. abstract methods, results and conclusions.
  • The poster presenter will be responsible for mounting the poster on the assigned poster board in the morning

Please be informed that to maximize the attention for the scientific work of the poster presenters, the accepted posters will also be visible for delegates during the whole congress on computers at the venue site. For this reason we kindly ask you to upload a PDF of your poster in advance.

http://faculty.vtec2012.org. To log in to the website please  use the username and password that is provided to you by email.

Equipment supplied

  • Poster boards with a height of 147 cm and a width of 97 cm located in the Ruby Room.
  • Double sided tape can be collected in the Ruby Room or at the registration desk. Pushpins cannot be used on these boards.

You are asked to mount the poster at the assigned board in the Ruby Room in the morning. The poster can be put up in the poster area according to the schedule below. Furthermore we would like you to be present next to your poster at the dedicated poster viewing time. At the end of the day the poster presenters are required to remove the poster.
